Attach script.dot to an existing script

To attach the template script.dot to an existing script in MSWORD:

1. Open the existing script in MSWORD.
2. Open the Templates and Add-Ins dialog by selecting Tools->Templates and Add-Ins.
3. Open the Templates tab and browse for script.dot (assuming you have downloaded and saved it on your PC).
4. Click [Attach].
5. Check "Automatically update document styles."
6. Click [OK].
7. Click the cursor in each paragraph in the existing script and select the appropriate style.
8. Repeat step 7 for each paragraph in the script.

If the style applies itself to one of more paragraphs, you will need to separate the paragraphs by entering a carriage return ([Enter] key) at the end of the offending paragraph(s).
